Babar Azam Joins Pakistan Squad at High Commission Dinner

LONDON: (Sports Reporter) – The Pakistan cricket team attended a dinner hosted by the Pakistan High Commission in honour of the national squad, with PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi, head coach Mike Hesson and former Test great Zaheer Abbas also in attendance.

Captain Babar Azam joined his teammates at the event, along with newly added squad member Arafat Minhas. New head coach Mike Hesson was also present as the team prepares for its upcoming international commitments.

Babar’s appearance at the dinner also drew attention amid recent reports concerning his health. The Pakistan batter was seen interacting with his teammates, appearing fit and comfortable during the gathering.

PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi attended the event alongside Zaheer Abbas, famously known as the “Asian Bradman.” Naqvi also met several journalists, shaking hands and posing for photographs.

The gathering at Pakistan House comes as the national side begins preparations under its new coaching setup. Hesson has started working with the squad as Pakistan looks ahead to its forthcoming international assignments.

The dinner provided an opportunity for players, coaching staff and cricket officials to come together ahead of the team’s upcoming challenges.
