Outgoing Press Secretary’s New Job at Pro-Trump Group

Outgoing press secretary confirms her next move ahead of the midterms

Karoline Leavitt – (Special Correspondent/Web Desk) – Karoline Leavitt new job plans are now official. The outgoing White House press secretary announced Friday that she will rejoin MAGA Inc, a pro-Trump super PAC, once she steps down from her post at the end of August.

Leavitt, 28, shared the news with reporters as she prepared to travel with President Trump to South Carolina. She did not reveal her exact title at the group but confirmed she is returning to familiar ground.

This is not new territory for her. Leavitt worked at MAGA Inc as a spokesperson between 2022 and 2024, before she left to join Trump’s campaign team ahead of his re-election bid.

Super PACs like MAGA Inc can raise unlimited funds. They use that money to run ads and shape public opinion during elections. However, they are legally barred from directly coordinating with candidates or their campaigns.

Even after leaving the White House, Leavitt won’t be stepping fully out of the spotlight. She confirmed she will join the president at a Republican convention in Dallas, Texas, in early September. That event comes just weeks ahead of the crucial November midterm elections.

Leavitt made history as the youngest person ever to serve as White House press secretary. Her departure has already sparked plenty of speculation about who might take her place.

When reporters asked Trump about a successor, he kept things light. He joked that he had never received so many job applications in his life, hinting at strong interest in the high-profile role.

Leavitt announced her resignation on August 12, saying she wanted to spend more time with her family. She gave birth to her second child in early May, just months before making the decision to step away from the demanding role.

Her next chapter now begins at MAGA Inc, where she’ll help shape the political messaging heading into one of the most closely watched midterm cycles in recent memory.
