NADRA Unveils Revamped User-Friendly Website
The initiative aims to make access to services, information and data more efficient and user-friendly.
ISLAMABAD: National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has launched its new official website [https://www.nadra.gov.pk/], designed as a comprehensive, integrated digital platform tailored to citizens’ needs.
The initiative aims to make access to services, information and data more efficient and user-friendly.
The revamped website highlights NADRA’s evolving role in Pakistan’s identity management system, showcasing the country’s transition from traditional paper-based processes to one of the world’s largest biometric identity systems.
Key services including CNIC, NICOP, POC, FRC, CRC and other certification services are now presented in a more structured and user-centric manner, facilitating both local and overseas Pakistanis.
A major feature of the platform is NADRA’s Geospatially Referenced Demographic Information System (nGRIDS) which enables users to view and analyse registration data across the country through interactive maps.
It also offers district-level comparisons of census and registration data along with a dedicated map gallery for downloading thematic maps to support research and planning.

The website integrates statistical and analytical data, including national indicators, provincial breakdowns and trends.
It also presents a comprehensive view of Pakistan’s civil registration system by linking union council-level records, such as births, deaths, marriages and divorces, with NADRA’s central database.
Verification services have been consolidated into a single section to support sectors such as banking, telecommunications, and government institutions.
To promote transparency, a dedicated Right to Information (RTI) section has been introduced, enabling users to submit requests, track progress and receive responses within stipulated timelines while ensuring the protection of personal data.
Customer support has also been expanded, featuring a 24/7 call center, IVR system, email support and an efficient complaint registration and resolution mechanism, with performance metrics clearly displayed.
NADRA’s careers portal has been upgraded to meet modern requirements, offering verified login through Pak ID, a streamlined application process and improved access to job opportunities.
The website also reflects NADRA’s extensive network across Pakistan and abroad, including registration centers, mobile units, and services for overseas Pakistanis. The media center has been restructured to ensure timely and credible dissemination of information.
This initiative marks a significant step toward enhancing digital accessibility, transparency and public service delivery, reinforcing NADRA’s commitment to providing secure, efficient and citizen-centric identity services through modern technology.
