Melania denies Epstein ties, calls for survivor hearings

First Lady breaks her silence with a firm denial and calls on Congress to hear Epstein survivors speak under oath

Melania &  Trump – (Web Desk) – On Thursday, US First Lady Melania Trump walked up to the cameras at the White House and made a statement that left everyone a little stunned. She wanted to talk about Jeffrey Epstein. And she wanted to set the record straight once and for all.

“The lies linking me with the disgraceful Jeffrey Epstein need to end today,” she said firmly. She did not hold back. She called out the people spreading those lies as having no ethical standards, no humility and no respect.

This was not a scheduled appearance. There was no warning. The 55 year old former model from Slovenia simply showed up and started speaking. Nobody quite knew why she chose this specific moment to do it.

She was crystal clear about one thing. She has nothing to do with Epstein. Yes, she and her husband Donald Trump had been photographed with him at social events in New York years ago. But she says that means nothing.

She also had a message for people scrolling through social media. Fake photos and false stories about her and Epstein have been going around for years. She urged people to stop and think before believing what they see online.

Her timing is interesting though. Attention had slowly been drifting away from the Epstein story as the US conflict with Iran dominated the news. Her statement has now brought it right back to the front page.

Epstein died in a New York prison cell back in 2019. He was waiting to face charges of sex trafficking children. Even after his death the scandal has refused to go away. It has followed President Trump throughout his second term in office.

Melania was also very specific about what she has and has not done.

“I have never had any knowledge of Epstein’s abuse of his victims,” she said. “I was never involved in any capacity. I was not a participant. I was never on Epstein’s plane and never visited his private island.”

She also pointed out that she has never been charged or convicted of anything connected to Epstein’s crimes.

But she did not stop there. She turned to Congress and asked lawmakers to do something meaningful. She wants survivors of Epstein’s abuse to get a proper public hearing. She wants them to be able to speak under oath and have their stories officially recorded.

Pakistani Deaths at Sea Rise, Agents Hide the Truth

Over the past year the Justice Department has released mountains of files connected to the Epstein case. President Trump has also repeatedly said he had no involvement in any of Epstein’s crimes.

For now all eyes are on Congress to see if they will answer the First Lady’s call.
