Lahore Board Adds QR Codes to Roll Slips to Curb Cheating

Zahid Mian said regular candidates will get roll number slips from their institutions.

LAHORE: Lahore Board has issued roll number slips to candidates for Intermediate Part-2 examination,  here on Wednesday.

To prevent cheating, QR codes have also been put on the Intermediate roll number slips.

According to Controller of Examination Zahid Mian, Intermediate Part-2 exams will start from April 29 and this year, 183,000 candidates will appear in the exam.

Private candidates can download roll number slips from the Lahore Board website, Controller of Examinations said.

Zahid Mian said regular candidates will get roll number slips from their institutions.

He said QR code proved helpful in preventing entry of fake candidates in exam centers.
