Karachi Whites Beat Sialkot, Reach T20 Cup Final

KARACHI: (Web Desk) – Karachi Whites stormed into the final of the ABS Developers National T20 Cup 2026 after a commanding five-wicket victory over Sialkot at Imran Khan Cricket Stadium on Tuesday. Chasing a target of 166, Karachi Whites reached 167-5 in just 15.1 overs, with a 92-run opening partnership between opener Abdullah Fazal and captain Saud Shakeel setting the tone.

Fazal’s blistering 88 off 41 balls, featuring six fours and seven sixes, dominated Sialkot’s bowlers from the start, while Shakeel contributed a rapid 45 from 21 deliveries, including five fours and three sixes. Lower-order contributions from Haroon Arshad (15*) and Danish Aziz (7*) sealed the victory with 29 balls to spare.

For Sialkot, captain and leg-spinner Usama Mir was the pick of the bowlers with 3-46, while Sufiyan Muqeem added 1-23. Earlier, Sialkot posted 165-9 in 20 overs, with top contributions from Khawaja Arham (40), Hasan Nawaz (43), and Ali Afzal (26).

Among Karachi’s bowlers, Mohammad Umar impressed with 3-29, supported by left-arm spinner Mohammad Asghar who took 2-23, including key wickets of Arham and Nawaz. Abdullah Fazal was named Player of the Match for his match-winning assault that powered Karachi Whites into the tournament final.
