Dismantling Hezbollah remains a top priority in Israel: Israeli PM said.
Washington: (Web Desk) – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Israel and the United States are fully aligned in their objective to contain Iran, emphasizing close coordination between the two allies.
In a televised address, Netanyahu stated that Washington continues to keep Israel informed about its ongoing contacts with Tehran, adding that both countries share identical strategic goals.
He said these objectives include the removal of enriched nuclear material from Iran, the complete elimination of its uranium enrichment capabilities, and the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.

The Israeli leader also highlighted that dismantling Hezbollah remains a top priority in Israel’s first direct talks with Lebanon in decades. He noted that the negotiations focus on two key aims: the disarmament of Hezbollah and achieving a lasting peace through strength.
