Islamabad Anti-Terrorism Court Issues Arrest Warrants Against Key PTI Leaders
The court instructed the police to ensure that the accused are arrested and produced in court on November 11 without fail.
Islamabad – The Islamabad Anti-Terrorism Court has taken strict action against key leaders of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), issuing non-bailable arrest warrants against them.
The hearing, held at the CTD police station case, was presided over by ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Supra, who issued the warrants against Asad Qaiser, Shibli Faraz, Omar Ayub, and Ali Nawaz Awan.
According to the court order, the relevant authorities have been directed to arrest the PTI leaders and present them before the court by November 11.
Sources say the case was registered under anti-terrorism provisions, with allegations against the party leaders including incitement and disruption of public order.

The court observed that the PTI leaders have repeatedly failed to appear despite multiple summons, prompting the issuance of the arrest warrants.
The investigating officer informed the court that evidence against all the accused has been collected, but their failure to be taken into custody has caused delays in the case proceedings.
