Iran’s Biggest Problem Is Unclear Leadership:Trump

Donald Trump said that the internal conflict in Iran is between the hardliners

WASHINGTON (Web Desk): The US President said that Iran is currently facing a very difficult time deciding who its real leader is and that they do not even understand themselves.

Donald Trump said that the internal conflict in Iran is between the hardliners, who are losing badly on the battlefield, and the moderates, which is very strange. He added that although the moderates are not that moderate, their respect is growing.

The US president said that we have complete control over the Strait of Hormuz and no ship can enter or leave without the approval of the US Navy.

He made it clear that this route has been completely ‘sealed’ until Iran makes a deal with us.

US President Donald Trump has said that he has ordered the US Navy to destroy any ship laying mines in the Strait of Hormuz on sight.

In a statement released on social media, he said that he has ordered the US Navy to immediately target and destroy any ship, no matter how small, that lays mines in the waters of the Strait of Hormuz. He said that there should be no hesitation in this.

Trump added that the US Navy will increase its operations threefold to clear the Strait of Hormuz of mines.

This statement has come at a time when military activities are intensifying in the maritime areas around Iran, although the ceasefire between Washington and Tehran has been extended.

According to the US Department of Defense, the Pentagon, on Thursday night, US forces seized the MTX Majestic, an unregistered ship under sanctions that was carrying Iranian oil.

Earlier, the US had said that one of its warships was escorting another oil tanker with Iranian links, the Dorina, which allegedly tried to violate the US naval blockade.

It should be remembered that the United States has imposed a naval blockade on Iranian ports in retaliation to force Tehran to loosen its grip on the waterway.

According to the US Central Command, 31 ships have so far been ordered to either turn back or return to their ports under this blockade.

On the other hand, oil prices saw an increase in the global market, with the price of Brent crude increasing by one percent to $103 per barrel.

It should be remembered that oil prices have increased significantly after Iran seized two commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz and targeted a third.

These actions are the first since the war began about 8 weeks ago.
