Iran Strikes US Bases After Israel Attack

Iran Launches Missile Attacks on US Assets Across Middle East

Tehran (Web Desk): Following coordinated military strikes by Israel and the United States, Iran has launched a series of retaliatory missile attacks targeting American military assets across the Middle East. One of the key targets was the US Fifth Fleet service center located in Manama, the capital of Bahrain, according to regional reports.

Al Jazeera reported that Iran initiated missile strikes against US military bases stationed in several Gulf countries, including Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia.

Bahraini authorities confirmed that the headquarters of the US Navy Fifth Fleet had been hit. The Bahraini Ministry of Interior urged residents to remain indoors, avoid major highways, and follow official safety instructions amid the escalating situation.

According to Al Jazeera Arabic, loud explosions were heard in Kuwait, accompanied by the activation of emergency sirens. Reuters reported a powerful explosion in Abu Dhabi, while AFP confirmed a blast in Riyadh, intensifying fears of a wider regional conflict.

Further developments were reported in Doha, where Al Jazeera stated that additional explosions were heard. Qatar’s Ministry of Defense confirmed that Iranian missiles entering Qatari airspace were intercepted and destroyed before reaching any targets. Authorities emphasized that the country’s security situation remains stable and under full control. Meanwhile, Jordan announced that its air defense systems had intercepted two ballistic missiles, though the origin of those missiles was not officially identified.

In response to the growing threat, the British Embassy in Qatar issued a security advisory urging its citizens to remain in safe locations until further notice. The United Arab Emirates also temporarily shut down its airspace as a precautionary measure.

Simultaneously, Iran has intensified its missile attacks on Israel. Iranian media claim that more than 30 ballistic missiles were launched, triggering explosions across Tel Aviv and the northern city of Haifa, causing widespread alarm.

A senior Iranian official warned that all American and Israeli interests in the region are now considered legitimate targets, declaring that Iran’s response will be open and unrestricted. The official cautioned that the conflict could have long-term and far-reaching consequences.

Iran’s Interior Ministry has called on citizens to remain calm, stating that the latest attacks occurred amid ongoing negotiations and describing the strikes as another act of aggression by hostile forces.
