Blind cricket uses a white plastic ball filled with ball bearings that make sound while rolling, helping players judge its movement. Before delivering the ball, the bowler asks the batter if they are ready and must call out “play” during the delivery.

The rules are similar to regular cricket, but each team must include at least four fully blind players, and all players wear blindfolds. Fielders clap once to indicate their position. Partially sighted players are classified as B2 and B3, while runs scored by B1 category players, who are fully blind, count as double.
