How to Get NADRA Services at Home

To use the NADRA Biker Service, citizens simply need to call and book a rider.

ISLAMABAD: Citizens across several cities in Pakistan can now get their CNICs and other important documents delivered right to their doorstep, thanks to the NADRA Biker Service launched by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).

This initiative aims to save people from long waits and trips to NADRA offices by allowing them to complete key identity-related tasks from the comfort of their homes.

Where Is the Service Available?

Initially introduced in select areas of Punjab, the NADRA Biker Service has now been expanded to more cities, including:

  • Lahore
  • Rawalpindi
  • Islamabad
  • Taxila
  • Wah Cantt
  • Karachi
  • Hyderabad
  • Mirpurkhas

What Does It Cost?

The doorstep service comes with an additional charge of Rs. 1,000, which includes:

  • Rs. 825 for the service
  • Rs. 175 for delivery

Please note that the fee may vary depending on the type of document, and the service is currently limited to the Executive category.

What Can You Get Through This Service?

The Biker Service allows citizens to:

  • Renew CNICs
  • Apply for other NADRA identity documents
  • Avoid queues and office visits

A NADRA representative will guide the caller through the process and send a biker to their location for document processing.
