Gold Rate Drops in Pakistan Today as Global Prices Edge Lower

Gold Rate Drops in Pakistan Today — Slight Decline After Two-Day Surge

Pakistan – (Web Desk) – The gold rate drops in Pakistan today as prices eased slightly in both local and international markets. The dip comes just two days after a major price surge that pushed gold to record highs.

In the international market, gold fell by $2 per ounce. The price settled at $4,328, down from $4,330 the day before.

Pakistani buyers also felt the change. The price of 24-carat gold per tola dropped by Rs200, bringing it to Rs455,236. The 10-gram rate also fell by Rs170, now standing at Rs389,684.

Silver moved in the opposite direction. The price of silver per tola rose by Rs44 to reach Rs7,497 in the local market.

This small drop follows a big jump on June 15. On that day, gold per tola jumped by Rs10,800 — rising from Rs444,336 to Rs455,136, as reported by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.

Analysts say the current dip is a natural correction after the sharp rally. Gold prices remain elevated and investors are watching global trends closely.
