FBISE Declares Intermediate Annual Exam 2024 Results
Female Students Dominate Top Positions in Pre-Medical Group; Outstanding Results Across Engineering, Science, and Commerce Streams
“The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has announced the results of the 2024 Intermediate Annual Exams, revealing a remarkable achievement by female students who dominated across multiple subjects and groups, highlighting their academic excellence and outstanding performance.”
In the pre-medical group, female students dominated by securing all top three positions. Arooba Asif claimed the first spot with 1065 marks, followed by Tehreem Imran, who earned second place with 1054 marks. Aafia Wajid completed the trio, securing third place with 1053 marks.
In the engineering group, Huda Ali stood out as the top scorer with 1045 marks, while Abdullah Jawad followed closely in second place with 1043 marks.

In the science group, Hooriya Mubasher took the lead with 1036 marks, while Isha Siddique from Islamabad secured the second position with 1025 marks. Aman Ajmal, also from Islamabad, earned third place with 1023 marks.
In the commerce group, Laiba Noor Islam and Awaiz Faheem both shared the top position, each scoring 971 marks. Amira Muhammad followed in second place with 966 marks.
These results underscore the diverse and competitive talent pool across various academic disciplines, showcasing the students’ hard work and dedication throughout their exams.
