ISLAMABAD- (Aamer Rafique Butt) In a positive step towards fostering collaboration, Jemal Beker Abdula, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) to Pakistan, met with Caretaker Interior Minister Sarfraz Bugti to discuss avenues for cooperation, particularly in counter-terrorism efforts.
During the meeting, both sides engaged in a fruitful dialogue on various aspects of mutual interest, with a keen focus on bilateral, regional, and multilateral collaboration in areas such as security, counter-terrorism, and immigration.
Ambassador Abdula highlighted the striking structural similarities between Ethiopia and Pakistan, drawing attention to the common challenges faced by both nations.
