England World Cup Preparations Disrupted by Equipment Theft

According to reports, footballs, boots and other training items were taken after vehicles transporting equipment to the squad’s training facility at Swope Soccer Village were allegedly broken into.

The Football Association confirmed that an incident had occurred but declined to provide further details, stating that the matter is currently under police investigation.

The Kansas City Police Department said authorities are examining a suspected theft involving equipment from a team vehicle that arrived in the city with items reported missing. Officials added that the investigation remains ongoing.

Reports indicate that two individuals have been arrested in connection with the incident, although authorities have yet to release further information.
