Electricity Woes Addressed Instantly: Customers’ Issues Solved On the Spot

Open kacharies Are Being Held Regularly And Successfully In Whole IESCO Region. CEO IESCO

Islamabad(Mudassar Iqbal);In the light of the Government of Pakistan and the Ministry of Energy Power Division’s vision, under the direct supervision of IESCO Chief Executive Muhammad Naeem Jan, open kacharies are being held on a daily basis from 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. in all 126 operation sub-divisions of Islamabad Electric Supply Company IESCO to provide timely and best services to the valuable customers.

According to Chief Executive IESCO Muhammad Naeem Jan since 15th July, 5174 complaints of various types were received in these open kacharies and 5156 complaints were resolved in a spot by taking immediate action and instructions have been issued to the relevant formations to resolve 18 pending complaints.

Customers Complaints Prompt Redresal Is Priority, IESCO

IESCO Chief showed commitment that there will be no compromise regarding swift and timely complaints Redressal of customer, which is a real purpose of these open kacharies. He also directed the field formations to ensure a friendly attitude with customers and availability of clean water, air, and proper sitting arrangements during open kacharies. He said that he is also visiting different open kacharies and met with customers to get real feedback.
