Islamabad(Staff Reporter);Customers Complaints Prompt Redresal Is Priority, IESCO, The Islamabad Electric Supply Company IESCO has started open kacharies in all operation sub division offices on daily basis from 11am to 1pm for rectifications of valuable customers electricity related issues on priority and with out any delays
The Chief Executive IESCO Muhammad Naeem Jan in his statement on Thursday said that in accordance with federal Government and ministry of energy power division directives IESCO is again proving a very active forum to valuable customers in form of open kacharies.customers having billing , low voltages, over loaded transformers, news connection, late bills distribution, power outage, damaged transformers, defective meter etc complaints can visit these kacharies for quick redressal and remedy.
