Court Stays Arrest of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in Five Cases Including May 9
The court directed Imran Khan to appear either in person or via video link in the next hearing.
ISLAMABAD: The court has stayed the arrest of PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in five cases, including the May 9 case.
The District and Sessions Court Islamabad heard the cases, with Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka presiding. The court extended the pre-arrest bail of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi and ordered that their arrest be stayed until November 25.

The court directed Imran Khan to appear either in person or via video link in the next hearing. Adiala Jail authorities have not responded to the show-cause notice, and the hearing on the bail applications has been adjourned to November 25.
Advocate Shamsa Kayani represented Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in court. The PTI founder faces cases including May 9, attempted murder, and alleged submission of fake receipts, while Bushra Bibi is facing a case for allegedly submitting fake receipts.
