Court Issues Warning Over Absence of Bushra Bibi and Her Lawyer in Toshakhana Case
So far, the statements of five witnesses have been recorded in the case.

Rawalpindi: The court expressed displeasure and issued a warning after the absence of former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s wife, Bushra Bibi, and her lawyer during the hearing of the second Toshakhana case.
The hearing of the Toshakhana-II case took place at Adiala Jail before Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand, where PTI founder Imran Khan was presented in the court.
Bushra Bibi and her lawyer were absent from the hearing. During the proceedings, the prosecution’s witness, Muhammad Ahmed, was cross-examined by Imran Khan’s lawyer, Quthain Mufti.
The court expressed anger over the absence of Bushra Bibi’s lawyer, Arshad Tabrez, and warned that if he fails to appear in the next hearing, the right to cross-examine will be revoked.

So far, the statements of five witnesses have been recorded in the case. The court has summoned two more prosecution witnesses for the next hearing and adjourned the case until January 14.
