Quetta:(Yaseen Ayaz) _Governor Balochistan Malik Abdul Wali Khan Kakar said that the first phase of the All Vice-Chancellors’ Conference has been completed to permanently solve the financial, administrative and teaching problems of all public sector universities in Balochistan. Now the prepared action plan needs to be further expanded, more recommendations, suggestions and opinions have to be taken and the last stage is the application of the action plan prepared with the efforts of all of us.
For which we have to make efforts by trusting the relevant authorities at the federal and provincial levels. He expressed these views while addressing the participants of the closing ceremony of the All Vice-Chancellors Conference.
Vice chancellors of Balochistan’s public sector universities, provincial secretaries, political intellectuals, economists, representatives of Higher Education Commission, MPA Sana Baloch and Brigadier Agha Gul and others were present on this occasion. On this occasion, Governor Balochistan said that I am happy to see the personal interests of all the participants who are concerned about the future of our people. It is also a matter of serious concerns for me that till date we have not made any use of the knowledge and experience of our experts and researchers. He said that many things of higher education have to be clarified. The need is to include the neglected corners and neglected personalities. Therefore, apart from the education sector, gather the suggestions and opinions of experts in the field of politics, economy, and agriculture .
In the coming months, an other conference of All Public Sector Universities Vice-Chancellors will be held to solve the issues of Public Sector universities of Balochistan.
