The meeting, attended by senior CDA officials including Members of Admin, Estate, Engineering, Finance, and other key officers, focused on CDA’s financial status and recovery of outstanding dues. Chairman Randhawa directed the DG Recovery to devise a comprehensive action plan to ensure timely collection of dues by coordinating with all relevant departments. He warned that failure to clear pending dues would result in heavy fines and cancellation of property or lease allotments as per CDA rules.

Updates on development works were also reviewed. On city maintenance, the Chairman ordered enhanced upkeep of all graveyards, including road repairs, horticulture improvements, modern lighting installation, boundary wall repairs, and permanent deployment of environment staff for cleanliness and tree care.
