Ch. Ehsan-ul-Haq Bajwa (MNA), Parliamentary Secretary Visits Workers Welfare Fund Islamabad
Islamabad, August 20, 2024 – The Parliamentary Secretary for Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, Ch. Ehsan-ul-Haq Bajwa, paid a visit to the Workers Welfare Fund (WWF) in Islamabad today. The visit aimed to assess ongoing projects, review welfare initiatives, and to enhance the overall welfare and support provided to the industrial workers.

Mr. Zulfiqar Ahmad Secretary Workers Welfare Fund briefed the Parliamentary Secretary on the various projects and services offered by the Workers Welfare Fund, including housing projects, educational scholarships, health facilities, and other welfare measures. The briefing also highlighted the challenges and opportunities in the implementation of these programs.
Ch. Ehsan-ul-Haq Bajwa expressed appreciation for the efforts made by the WWF in improving the socio-economic development of industrial workers and their families. He emphasized the importance of continued support and development to ensure that the welfare initiatives reach those in need and contribute to their well-being. He stressed upon the Government commitment to address the issues of the industrial workers and enhance the services provided by the WWF.
