Islamabad – The Capital Development Authority (CDA) in collaboration with the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) has officially launched the highly anticipated Margalla Enclave, a new residential project set to redefine urban living in the capital city.
A CDA spokesperson, in a statement to the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP), highlighted the project’s ambitious scope, focusing on its modern design, prime location, and attractive payment options. Margalla Enclave will offer residential plots in three sizes: 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal, catering to diverse needs and preferences.
To accommodate various financial capabilities, the project features flexible payment plans spanning one, two, and three years. This initiative aims to make homeownership more accessible for a wide range of buyers, from first-time homeowners to seasoned investors.
CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa praised the joint effort between CDA and DHA, calling it a “significant milestone in Islamabad’s urban development.” He emphasized that the collaboration ensures not only secure investments but also a high-quality living experience within a well-planned and sustainable environment.
Margalla Enclave will include state-of-the-art infrastructure, modern utilities, and abundant green spaces, making it an ideal location for families seeking a comfortable and eco-friendly lifestyle. The project promises to elevate the living standards of Islamabad while promoting sustainability and efficient urban planning.

The announcement of Margalla Enclave follows the success of CDA’s Sector C-14, which received a strong positive response from residents during the recent balloting process. Successful allottees of Sector C-14 are now urged to confirm their plot allocations by submitting the first installment. The CDA has assured the public that development in Sector C-14 is progressing rapidly, with possession of plots to be granted upon the completion of the final installment.
