ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) – Veteran Pakistani actress Bushra Ansari has expressed concern over Pakistan’s rapidly growing population, stressing the need for greater awareness about family planning and responsible parenting.

Speaking during a private television programme, Bushra Ansari shared her views on the challenges posed by population growth and the pressure it places on families and national resources.

The actress remarked that population-related issues remain one of her major concerns and recalled past public awareness campaigns aimed at encouraging smaller family sizes.

According to the actress, many families continue to have five, six, or even more children despite growing economic challenges, making it increasingly difficult to provide proper education, healthcare, and other necessities.

Bushra Ansari said parents should carefully consider their financial and social circumstances before expanding their families, adding that responsible planning is essential for the well-being of both children and society.
