Bomb Blast Strikes Home of MNA Mubarak Zeb in Bajaur

No one was injured. No one can demoralize me with these cowardly acts

BAJAUR: A bomb explosion occurred at the residence of Prime Minister’s Advisor on Merger of Districts and Member of National Assembly (MNA) Mubarak Zeb Khan in the Shah Naray area of Tehsil Khar, Bajaur district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The blast destroyed the main gate of the lawmaker’s house. There were no casualties as MNA Mubarak Zeb was not present at the time of the explosion.

According to the Bajaur police, unknown assailants had planted explosives near the entrance of Zeb’s residence, resulting in a loud blast that caused significant damage to the gate.

Mubarak Zeb, in his statement following the attack, expressed gratitude for the safety of his family and emphasized his unwavering commitment to his mission.

“The main gate of my house has been blown up with a bomb,” he said, adding, “No one was injured. No one can demoralize me with these cowardly acts. Insha Allah, I will continue the vision of my martyred brother.”

Law enforcement agencies have launched an investigation into the attack, but no group has claimed responsibility for the bombing as of yet.

Local authorities are increasing security measures in the region to prevent further incidents and ensure the safety of public officials.
