ISLAMABAD: Babar Azam, who made his return to the national T20 squad, equaled former captain Shahid Afridi’s unwanted record during the first T20I against South Africa.

After facing just two deliveries, Babar was dismissed for a duck by Corbin Bosch, marking the eighth time he has been out without scoring in a T20 International match. Previously, Shahid Afridi held the same record with eight ducks in T20Is. With this, Babar has joined Afridi in third place among Pakistani players with the most ducks in T20 Internationals.
