Allegations are baseless and dangerous against PPP Asif Ali Zardari by PTI Imran Khan: PM Shehbaz
Islamabad: (Staff Reporter) Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif said that allegations leveled against Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) co-chairman and former president Asif Ali Zardari by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman and former prime minister Imran Khan are baseless and dangerous. The prime minister took to the Twitter and termed the former PM’s allegations against PPP co-chairman irresponsible.
According to the source, he said that Imran Khan’s accusations also conform to a pattern of conspiracy theories meant to spread venom against his political opponents. The premier went on to say that such nonsensical rhetoric is an attempt to remain politically relevant. “The whole nation knows how he has used politics of hatred to divide the society for the sake of power,” he added.

As per details a request against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan was submitted to register the case by the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Hyderabad leader, in Baldia Police Station regarding Imran Khan’s accusation of murder against the deposed premier Asif Ali Zardari. The application was submitted by PPP leader and Information Secretary of Hyderabad Nadeem Jatoi of PS-66.
Furthermore the application read as “Imran Khan, without solid evidence made serious accusations about Asif Zardari which affected his repute. The application will help start investigation about who pushed Mr Khan to make such statements.”
Meanwhile Bilawal says Imran’s allegations exposed my family to increased threats
Earlier, Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said the allegations leveled by the PTI chief Imran Khan against Asif Ali Zardari had exposed his family to increased threats.
Moreover Imran Khan had earlier alleged that Mr. Asif was behind the “new plot” to assassinate him as he had links to a terrorist outfit.
