MUZAFFARABAD: (Muddassar Chaudhary) – Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir, Faisal Mumtaz Rathore, has reaffirmed the government’s commitment to improving the quality of education and creating better opportunities for youth across the region.
He shared these remarks during a meeting with Muslim Hands Country Director Khalid Gilani, following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between University of Haveli and Muslim Hands.
Calling the agreement a positive step forward, the prime minister emphasized the importance of such collaborations in promoting education. He welcomed the scholarship initiative, noting that it would enable deserving students from Haveli to pursue higher education and contribute positively to society.

Rathore further highlighted the government’s intention to strengthen partnerships between educational institutions and welfare organizations to empower the younger generation.
Under the agreement, Muslim Hands will provide 100 scholarships to students of the University of Haveli. The MoU was formally signed by Khalid Gilani and Vice Chancellor Khawaja Farooq Ahmed in the presence of the prime minister and senior officials.
