Aamir Khan and Wife Gauri Spratt Search for New Mumbai Home

MUMBAI: (Showbiz Desk) – Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan and his wife, Gauri Spratt, are reportedly searching for a new home in Mumbai just months after their marriage.

According to Indian media reports, the couple is expected to shift to a new rented residence by the end of this year or in early 2027.

Aamir Khan is currently residing with his family in four rented apartments in a residential building in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill area. However, the building’s management has finalised a redevelopment agreement, requiring the actor and his family to vacate the premises.

Meanwhile, renovation work is underway at the couple’s new rented accommodation, which is being customised according to Aamir Khan’s preferences and personal taste.

This is not the first time the Bollywood actor has had to relocate due to redevelopment activities. He previously moved out of his permanent residence in Mumbai’s Union Park area for similar reasons.

His permanent home is situated in the Bella Vista and Marina Apartments complex, where redevelopment work is currently in progress.

Media reports suggest that the construction project could take several years to complete, with Aamir Khan’s permanent residence expected to be ready around 2030.
