ISLAMABAD: (Showbiz Desk) – Pakistani actress Alizeh Shah has responded to online speculation about her changing appearance, rejecting claims that her new look is the result of cosmetic surgery or beauty filters.
The actress addressed the comments through a series of Instagram Stories, expressing frustration over the tendency of social media users to assume that weight loss or a different appearance is linked to cosmetic procedures.
In her video message, Alizeh questioned why people immediately associate a changed look with surgery, saying that improved makeup skills, confidence or personal changes can also influence someone’s appearance. She also challenged claims that she was using filters and repeatedly touched her face in the video to show that no filter was being applied.

While some social media users continued to speculate about possible cosmetic enhancements, many fans defended the actress and praised her beauty. Several admirers compared her appearance to a “real-life Barbie doll,” while others expressed nostalgia for her earlier roles in dramas such as Ehd-E-Wafa and Dil Mom Ka Diya, saying they admired her natural look.
