PCB Grants Fatima Sana Permission for England Women’s Hundred Tournament

ISLAMABAD: (Sports Desk) – The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has granted national women’s team captain Fatima Sana permission to participate in England’s Women’s Hundred tournament following the completion of Pakistan’s ODI series against Sri Lanka.

According to the PCB, Fatima Sana will remain available for the three-match One-Day International series against Sri Lanka, which forms part of the ICC Women’s Championship.

However, the 24-year-old all-rounder will not feature in the subsequent T20 International series as she will travel to England to honour her commitments in The Hundred.

Following the conclusion of the ODI series on July 28, Fatima will leave directly from Hambantota for England, where she will join Birmingham Phoenix for the remainder of the Women’s Hundred competition.
