Four Family Members Killed in Bannu Firing Incident
FIR Registered in Pre-Wedding Murder Case in Jacobabad
Bannu: (Web Desk) – Four members of the same family were killed in a firing incident over a land dispute in the jurisdiction of Domail Police Station in Bannu on Sunday.
According to officials, Rescue 1122 teams reached the scene soon after the incident and shifted the injured to a nearby hospital, where doctors confirmed their deaths.
Authorities said the violence erupted following a longstanding dispute over property, and police have begun an investigation into the incident.
Jacobabad: Police in Jacobabad have registered an FIR in the murder case of a woman who was killed just hours before her marriage.
According to details, five individuals, including the victim’s brother, have been named in the FIR. The suspects are accused of storming her residence in an alleged attempt to abduct her, which led to her killing.
Investigators say further legal action is underway as they examine all aspects of the case.
Mehar: In another incident, police in Mehar arrested a man for allegedly killing his pregnant wife in an honour-related murder case.
Officials said the victim was the mother of six children. The suspect has been taken into custody, and investigations are ongoing.
Law enforcement authorities have reiterated their commitment to pursuing strict legal action in all cases of gender-based and honour-related violence.
