KARACHI: (Web Desk) – A young entrepreneur from Karachi, Saleh Asif, is gaining international attention after co-founding Cursor AI, a fast-growing artificial intelligence company now linked to a major deal with SpaceX.
Saleh Asif, along with three fellow students at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, launched Cursor AI, which has rapidly become a widely used platform among developers worldwide.

According to reports, SpaceX has signed an agreement that includes an option to acquire Cursor AI in a deal valued at up to $60 billion, with an additional $10 billion tied to potential collaboration and future growth.
Cursor AI is currently estimated to be worth around $30 billion and is used by millions of developers across approximately 50,000 companies globally. The platform specializes in AI-powered coding tools that help create, edit, and optimize software more efficiently.
The development highlights the growing role of Pakistani talent in the global technology sector, particularly in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence.
