Turkey and Egypt Foreign Ministers hold talks with PM Shehbaz

PM Shehbaz Sharif meets Turkish, Egyptian, and Saudi FMs

ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) – Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met with the Foreign Ministers of Turkey and Egypt in Islamabad during their three-day visit to Pakistan aimed at promoting peace amid rising tensions in the Middle East.

The visiting dignitaries, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and Egyptian Foreign Minister Dr. Badr bin Abdul Ati, were welcomed by Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi at the Prime Minister’s House. Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and National Security Advisor Lieutenant General Asim Malik were also present.

Earlier, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud held separate talks with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. During the meetings, all parties agreed to continue close diplomatic contacts and joint efforts to maintain peace and stability in the region.

These engagements underscore Pakistan’s growing role as a mediator in regional diplomacy, as the government seeks to foster dialogue and reduce tensions amid ongoing crises in the Middle East.
