Authorities confirmed that a follow-up sanitisation operation is underway to ensure the complete clearance of any remaining Indian-backed Khwarij elements in the surrounding vicinity.
Officials stated that the operation is part of the ongoing nationwide counter-terrorism drive being conducted under the vision of Azm-e-Istehkam, approved by the Federal Apex Committee under the National Action Plan framework.
Security forces and law enforcement agencies reiterated their resolve to continue operations against foreign-sponsored and supported terrorist networks across Pakistan, vowing to maintain pressure until the threat is fully neutralised.
