IESCO Launches Modern One-Window Customer Facilitation Center

IESCO Takes Major Leap Toward Digital, Consumer-Friendly Power Services

ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) – Islamabad Electric Supply Company has taken a significant step toward improving consumer convenience by inaugurating a modern, state-of-the-art Regional Customer Facilitation Center at its Head Office. The newly established center aims to provide all electricity-related services under one roof, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and ease for consumers.

The facility was inaugurated by Chairman IESCO Dr. Tahir Masood, along with Chief Executive IESCO Engineer Chaudhry Khalid Mahmood and Board Members Rana Abdul Sattar, Dr. Imtiaz Ahmed, Shahid Farooq, and Engineer Syed Faizan Ali.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Chairman IESCO Dr. Tahir Masood expressed satisfaction over the launch of the center, stating that it reflects the vision of the Prime Minister of Pakistan and Federal Minister for Energy (Power Division) Sardar Awais Ahmed Khan Leghari. He emphasized that the initiative has been taken to deliver efficient and dignified services to electricity consumers in a professional environment.

LESCO Cuts Solar Net Metering Export Rate

The Chairman explained that the Customer Facilitation Center will offer a wide range of services, including installment arrangements for electricity bills, extensions in due dates, correction of billing issues, change of name and address, registration and resolution of power supply complaints, and acceptance of applications for new electricity connections.

He reaffirmed that consumers are the organization’s top priority and stressed that IESCO is committed to providing quality services with transparency, respect, and accountability in a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Chairman IESCO further directed Board Member Rana Abdul Sattar and Chief Executive Engineer Chaudhry Khalid Mahmood to establish similar Customer Facilitation Centers across all regions of IESCO. Officers and staff were also instructed to ensure a customer-friendly office environment so that consumers can witness positive changes firsthand and feel confident that their concerns will be addressed promptly.
