ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Pakistan cricket team opener Sahibzada Farhan emphasized the importance of a strong top order ahead of the Super Eight clash against England in the ICC T20 World Cup.
Speaking at a press conference, Farhan said, “It should not be the case that if the openers fail, the rest of the team is unable to score. I try to take the innings long, and the top order must contribute consistently.”

He expressed confidence in Pakistan’s bowling attack, saying, “Our spinners are among the best, and we will give England a tough time. Scoring a century builds confidence, and everyone in the team must take responsibility.”
Farhan also highlighted the impact potential of teammate Saim Ayub, stating, “Saim is an impact player. I hope he will play a good innings and contribute to the team’s success.”
Pakistan’s match against England in the Super Eight stage of the ICC T20 World Cup is scheduled for tomorrow at 6:30 PM Pakistan time.
