Dhaka: (Web Desk) – Bangladesh has denied a visa to an Indian official who was part of the ICC delegation scheduled to visit the country.

According to Indian media reports, a two-member ICC team was set to visit Bangladesh to discuss the venues for the upcoming World Cup. The delegation included Andrew Eppegrave, Head of Anti-Corruption and Security, and a senior executive from India. However, only Andrew Eppegrave was granted a visa.

Indian media reports state that Andrew Eppegrave will arrive in Bangladesh today for a two-day visit. The purpose of the ICC delegation’s visit is to discuss possible changes to the World Cup venues.

It is worth noting that Bangladesh had earlier refused to play its T20 World Cup matches in India due to security concerns.
