Peshawar – The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has arrested a man accused of blackmailing a minor using inappropriate video footage in Peshawar. Officials said the suspect, identified as Abdul Wakeel from Bajaur, was detained during a raid carried out in the Naran area of Hayatabad by the NCCIA team
