Decision-Making & Intellectual Resilience Essential in Uncertain Times: Field Marshal

ISLAMABAD: Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir has emphasized that effective decision-making and intellectual resilience are indispensable in times of uncertainty.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir visited the National Defence University (NDU), where he was received by the President of NDU. During the visit, participants of the National Security and War Course gave a comprehensive briefing, followed by detailed discussions on internal, regional, and global challenges to national security.

The Field Marshal stressed the importance of multi-dimensional preparedness in the evolving security environment. The briefing highlighted the use of proxies and indirect strategies by hostile elements as part of modern warfare tactics.

Addressing the participants, Syed Asim Munir underlined the need for future leadership to remain prepared to counter emerging threats, describing decision-making in uncertain situations as a critical leadership skill. The Field Marshal advised the participants to remain vigilant, competent, and steadfast in the face of evolving security challenges.
