Security Forces Eliminate Terrorists Linked to ‘Khawarij’ Group in Successful Bannu Operation
During the operation, the group’s leader, Tariq Kachhi, and his close associate Hakeemullah alias Tiger were eliminated.
BANNU: Security forces conducted a successful intelligence-based operation (IBO) in the Mughal Kot sector of Bannu, killing key members of the militant network Fitna-tul-Khawarij.
According to security sources, the operation effectively targeted the Tariq Kachhi group, which was affiliated with the so-called Khawarij network. During the operation, the group’s leader, Tariq Kachhi, and his close associate Hakeemullah alias Tiger were eliminated.
Heavy weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the slain terrorists.
Sources added that the Tariq Kachhi network had been involved in terrorist activities for the past two years and was engaged in extortion on behalf of the Khawarij Taliban.

Security officials further revealed that Tariq Kachhi also served as a key facilitator for cross-border infiltration of militants from Afghanistan into Pakistan.
