CM Sohail Afridi Says, No Military operation will be carried out in KP

New KP Chief Minister Sohail Afridi promises no military action, seeks policy review, and pledges loyalty to Imran Khan.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa CM Sohail Afridi – (Special Correspondent / Web Desk) – The newly elected Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sohail Afridi, has stated there will be no military action in the province. He believes such operations do not solve the country’s problems and has promised to block them.

In his first speech as Chief Minister, he agreed with his party leader Imran Khan’s position against military action. He stressed that important decisions should not be made secretly. He asked national leaders to include his provincial government in talks about security and border control.

Chief Minister Afridi also said Pakistan’s policy towards Afghanistan needs a fresh look. He argued that peace in the region requires both countries to understand each other. He mentioned that when Imran Khan was in power, relations with Afghanistan were stable.

He strongly showed his loyalty to Imran Khan, declaring that only Khan truly leads Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He comes from a simple, tribal background and is proud to represent his people. His election is seen as a victory for the tribal communities in the province.
