IESCO Customers Invited to Register Complaints During CEO’s Facebook Live Session

Power Suspension Scheduled Across Multiple Areas on 29th July 2025 for Maintenance Work

Islamabad – In a bid to enhance consumer engagement and resolve electricity-related issues promptly, Chief Executive Officer of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), Muhammad Naeem Jan, will hold a live E-Kachery on Tuesday, 29th July 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

According to an IESCO spokesperson, consumers from across the IESCO region will be able to connect directly with the Chief Executive through Facebook Live using the official ID “CEO-IESCO E-Kachery”, or via telephone at 051-9253105.

The initiative aims to provide customers with a direct platform to voice their complaints and share suggestions regarding electricity services. Consumers wishing to participate are requested to provide their name, bill reference number, and contact number while registering their complaints to ensure timely resolution.

IESCO management encourages all concerned customers to take advantage of this opportunity to get their issues addressed at the highest level.

While he Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has announced planned power outages across several feeders and areas on 29th July 2025 due to ongoing system maintenance and development work.

According to an official spokesperson from IESCO, the power supply will be temporarily suspended as per the following schedule:

From 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM: Islamabad Circle, Kurry, Rehara, Scheme II, Kand Rajgan, King Hamid University, Isolation Hospital, CM Pak Zong Feeders, Rawalpindi City Circle, Ghousia Colony, Saidpur Road, Hyderi Chowk Feeders, Attock Circle, Shah Dir, Kachari, DI Colony, Dhok Fateh, Attock Cantt Feeders, Jhelum Circle, Kangar Thati Feeder, Chakwal Circle, Duffer, PD Khan, Kachari PD Khan, KS Maniz Feeders.
From 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM: Rawalpindi Cantt Circle, Sawan Indus, RCCI Express, Hamik, Model Town, Sarwar Shaheed, Pepsi, Rehmatabad I & II, Jail Park, Kot Jabi, Mecca Chowk Feeders.
From 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon: GSO Circle, Bahtar, Murat, Qutbal, Laniwala, Fateh Jang City-II, Gagan Feeders and surrounding areas.

IESCO management apologizes for the inconvenience caused to its customers and assures that power supply will be restored as soon as maintenance work is completed. If the work finishes earlier than planned, electricity may be resumed ahead of the scheduled time.

Customers are advised to make necessary arrangements to minimize disruption.
