IOC-Affiliated IFSC Endorses PSB-EC Elections, Congratulates New ACP President

lamabad/Toronto – The International Federation of Sport Climbing (IFSC), recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), has officially endorsed the recent elections conducted under the supervision of the Pakistan Sports Board Election Commission (PSB-EC). The IFSC has also extended its congratulations to the newly elected President of the Alpine Club of Pakistan (ACP), Major General Irfan Arshad.
In a formal letter, IFSC President Marco Maria Scolaris conveyed best wishes to Major General Irfan Arshad, acknowledging his election as a significant milestone for the future of sport climbing in Pakistan. The letter affirmed the IFSC’s recognition of the PSB-EC-supervised electoral process and expressed eagerness to collaborate with ACP under its new leadership.
