Pakistan Downs Indian Aircraft, Hits Five Locations in India Amid Missile Strike

A tense situation unfolded between Pakistan and India as India launched a missile attack on three Pakistani cities – Bahawalpur, Kotli, and Muzaffarabad – resulting in the martyrdom of a child and serious injuries to a woman and a man. The attack, which targeted civilian areas, including a mosque in Bahawalpur, was met with swift retaliation from Pakistan.

According to security sources, Pakistan’s military responded decisively, hitting five locations in India. The Pakistan Air Force also shot down two Indian aircraft, and all Pakistani Air Force aircraft are reportedly safe.

The incident led to the temporary closure of Pakistan’s airspace for 48 hours, with all domestic and international flights suspended. The Civil Aviation Authority stated that normal flight operations will resume once the situation stabilizes.

The Director General of the Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) condemned India’s actions, vowing that “India’s temporary joy will soon be turned into sorrow.” The Pakistani military remains on high alert, prepared to respond to any further aggression.
