RAW Linked to Pahalgam False Flag Attack, Leaked Documents Reveal
Experts Highlight India's Use of False Flag Operations to Manipulate Public Opinion
Islamabad— A leaked document has exposed the involvement of India’s intelligence agency, Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), in the planning of the Pahalgam attack, marking a significant revelation in the ongoing Kashmir tensions. The document, which surfaced on the social media platform Telegram, outlines detailed instructions and a narrative aimed at implicating Pakistan in the attack, in what experts are describing as a “false flag” operation.
According to the leaked materials, the Indian government’s involvement in the attack is clearly evidenced, with specific instructions regarding the handling of the event’s media narrative. The document directed that the narrative should be structured so that it appeared to be an attack by the state, including non-Muslim victims, and instructed the media to act within 36-48 hours of the event to influence public perception.
The leak further reveals that Indian operatives were instructed to deploy field agents in strategic locations under the guise of monitoring tourist activities, and within hours of the attack, fabricated testimonies and blurry videos were to be used to support the narrative. The plan included spreading misinformation across 200 social media accounts and directing blame at Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).
Notably, the document also includes a plan to manipulate the situation with international support, aiming for global solidarity against terrorism. The document’s mention of a diplomatic presence, specifically U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance’s visit, suggests that the operation was planned to coincide with international diplomatic activities.
Experts point out that the document not only indicates a sophisticated attempt to manipulate public opinion but also underscores India’s broader strategy of using false flag operations to achieve political objectives. Analysts suggest the revelations further expose the depth of animosity and covert strategies employed by India against Pakistan, with civilian casualties being used as pawns in a geopolitical chess game.

The Indian government is reportedly investigating the leak, which has caused significant international concern. The disclosures have triggered a wave of condemnation from defense experts, who claim that the Pahalgam attack, like previous assaults, was a deliberate attempt to frame Pakistan and further escalate tensions in the region.
This document sheds light on the tactics and objectives behind the attack and raises serious questions about the role of intelligence agencies in fomenting conflict for political gain. The evidence further highlights the growing risks of escalating regional instability and the use of misinformation in modern warfare.
