KAKUL: Army Chief General Asim Munir said on Saturday that the armed forces of Pakistan had given lots of sacrifices for the country and they knew how to defend it.

Addressing the passing-out ceremony at the Kakul Military Academy, he said that the basis of the Two-Nation theory was that Hindus and Muslims were two different nations and there was nothing common between them.

“We are different from Hindus in each and every aspect of life,” he said, adding, “The Indian mainstream as well as social media cannot distort the facts through its propaganda.”
