Justice Mansoor Ali Shah Declines Administrative Judge Role

Islamabad: Justice Mansoor Ali Shah has declined to assume the responsibilities of the Administrative Judge at the Supreme Court. According to sources, Justice Shah refused to sign administrative files that were sent to him. He clarified that he had already stepped down from the position of Administrative Judge.

The position of Administrative Judge at the Supreme Court was previously assigned to Justice Shah by former Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa.
