Islamabad Court Grants Bail to PTI Founder’s Sisters in Terrorism Case
Islamabad-(Mudassar Iqbal): The Anti-Terrorism Court in Islamabad has approved bail for Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan, sisters of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder, after they were detained earlier this month.
Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain granted their bail requests, setting a bond of Rs20,000 for each. Aleema and Uzma Khan had been in custody since October 4, related to a case filed at the Kohsar police station. Despite objections from Prosecutor Raja Naveed, the court ruled in favor of their release, ordering that both sisters be freed immediately.
